Starting in mid October, the trails at Harrybrooke Park in New Milford will get scary -- very, very scary.

For the sixth year in a row, the Haunted Trail returns to Harrybrooke Park in New Milford for two weekends -- October 18th and 19th and then on October 25th and 26th, all from 6-10 PM.

Prepare for the scare, because if you've experience the Haunted Trail before, you know how wild it can be. But apparently, you ain't seen nothing yet. This year, the trail promises to be even scarier. Just walk through the trail, if you dare, and be ready to experience the terror.

Tickets for the Haunted Trail are just $20 at the gate, with early bird discount tickets, and group rates available, so get your tickets early and avoid the long lines.

All proceeds from the Haunted Trail will support Harrybrooke Park as well as the New Milford Lions Club, Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of the Lakes Youth Group, New Milford United Methodist Church, The Children's Center, Boy Scout Troop 66 and the NMHS Grad Party Committee.

Park Executive Director Bill Buckbee had this to say in the Haunted Trails press release:

We work all year planning this event, and it’s great to see collaborative efforts of all these local community organizations.  We organize the group so that we each have a say, input and feedback about what one another is doing on the trail.  We are all excited to bring you what is hands down, the largest production we have ever offered.
