There has to be a special place in heaven put aside for the volunteer firefighter. Courageous and brave, they are not only trained on how to put out all types of fires but they are also trained in rescue techniques as well. But what's with the fire radios?

This morning on the show, we got to talking about my Dad, who was a volunteer fireman in Fairport, New York in the early 1960's. I remember being woken up in the middle of the night by his large fire radio that he had set on full volume. I'm not talkin' about an easy wake up, I'm talkin' about WOOUHOOOOOOOOO at Def-con 10 waking you out of a sound sleep where you shoot out of bed like a bullet! Enjoy a moment from this morning's Ethan and Lou Show and check out the mp3 file!
