Oh my God.  Bernie Williams was money in the clutch.  One of my favorite Yankees of all time and I get to play softball with him this weekend.  You cannot make this stuff up.

The perks of my job are amazing.  I get to meet and talk to people that I have always been fans of and actually hang with them like peers ... like just human beings hanging out.

This is WAY towards the top.

I got to go on tour with the cast of Deadliest Catch and be the comedian and moderator for their northeast tour. We were in Danbury, Niagra Falls, Westbury L.I. and Asbury Park, NJ.

That was probably the top for me til this point.

We played to sold out shows every night ... 2,000 plus in all the cities, but Danbury.  The Danbury gig was probably my favorite, because I met and hung out with the creator of Ren and Stimpy who just happens to be a fan of our show.

I have interviewed David Crosby many times and I'm sure that he is my favorite interview of all time.

I met and got to hang with Adam Sandler ... I've interviewed Kevin Bacon.

I received a platinum and gold record from the Trans Siberian Orchestra.  I have had the great pleasure to meet, hang out with, work with and in some cases become close personal friends with some of my comedy idols ... namely Patrice O'Neal, Rich Vos, Robert Kelly and Jim Florentine.

I've packed a lot into 15 years in radio and done cool things and hung out with cool people, but this is the top.

I've been going to Yankee Stadium with my dad since I was 3-years-old.  I suffered as a kid through horrible Yankee teams.  The only saving grace on those teams was Donny Baseball and he was amazing.  But he was surrounded by guys like Roberto Kelly, Rick Cerrone, Steve Sax and a selfish Ricky Henderson.

When the Yankees won the Series in 1996 I was at the parade and I remember having flashbacks to all the bad Yankee teams and feeling so appreciative that my team had won the Series finally.

The center of those winning teams that would follow was Bernie, Jeter and Mariano for me.

Bernie was a consummate professional and an amazing clutch playoff baseball player.  I've had the pleasure of meeting him and talking to him a couple of times throughout the years because we work closely with his pet charity...Hillside Food Outreach and he has always been from what I can tell a down to Earth really nice guy.

But now I get to play ball with him?  Are you kidding me?  This is it.  the tops for me.  Cannot get better.

I just wish I was in shape.  I might embarrass myself in front of one of my baseball idols.  It's worth it either way.  Either I have a funny story for the show or I impress a Yankee legend.
