According to the News-Times, Democratic Governor Daniel Malloy would not have an issue with accepting Syrian refugees coming to Connecticut considering Friday's terrorist's attacks in Paris. Republicans? Not so much!Malloy said that he will, "take his cue from the federal government." Republicans on the other hand are afraid that people with allegiances to ISIS will slip into the country. One of those Republicans is Massachusetts Gov, Charlie Baker, who made it very clear that his state will not be accepting Syrian refugees until the federal government can guarantee it's 100% safe.

Devon Puglia, spokesman for Malloy told the Associated Press that, "We are waiting guidance from the appropriate federal agencies on screening measures that will be taken." He went on to say that, "After a rigorous security process, we should and we will welcome them to Connecticut."
