Where can you have loads of sweaty, muddy fun, and enjoy an ice cold beer?

Last year's Hustle was such a great time, it had to become an annual event. But this year, there's going to be less distance and more obstacles. If you've never heard about this event, it's a 5k run (but you don't have to run) obstacle course through Harrybrooke's beautiful 48 acres of trails. The 'get dirty' date is Sunday, July 9 from 10am to 1pm at Harrybrooke.

When I spoke with Bill Buckbee who's a friend of I-95 and the Executive Director of Harrybrooke Park, he explained that because the park is a non-profit and privately owned, it receives NO town or state funding. The $35 entry fee for the Hustle goes directly for park upkeep.

As Moe (Billy's nickname) and I were going back and forth on FB messenger, he went into a bit more detail about the Hustle,

It's the only event around that challenges you, makes you laugh and rewards you with cold beer and bacon and the mud pit features guest viewing with free heckling!"

Get your tickets by clicking this link to help support one of New Milford's treasures. Muddy, sweaty fun, a little exercise, beer and bacon all for a great cause. What's not to love?!
