The news about General Electric possibly leaving Connecticut has been going around like crazy the last few months.

According to NBC CT and the Danbury Daily Voice, GE will make its decision on whether or not to leave CT by the fourth quarter. The company has been headquartered in Fairfield for over 40 years, and with recent changes to CT's corporate tax structure, the company has threatened to leave.

Four areas in neighboring Westchester County have been pinpointed as possible new HQ locations for the company in Somers, White Plains, Yonkers and Armonk.

Imagine not only the jobs that would leave CT, but also the housing market too with all those people possibly needing to move.  We will see what happens later this year.
