Freelance Videographer/Writer for Weekly Sports Assignment

Townsquare Danbury is looking for a videographer/writer to cover local high schools sports. Here's what we're looking for:

“GAME OF THE WEEK”/“PLAYER OF THE WEEK”

Assignment: Attend one local high school varsity sports game per week, and write up a brief on the game. Include a still photo for the featured image, as well as shoot and edit a video posted to our YouTube page to be submitted with the blog.

Assignment should be published the following day.

(Games will alternate between boys and girls sports in the following towns: Danbury, Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Sherman, Ridgefield, Redding, Brewster)

Also, feature a local high school player of the week (this should be done while covering your game of the week) with a photo and a brief write-up (could be Q&A, stats or just a few background sentences).
