Free is free, right? But most times, free just means someone's used crap. Here are some items on Connecticut's Craiglist that may just be collector's items.

    HUGE BOULDERS (Southbury)

Any boulder expert who's in the know is aware that picking up two-ton boulders for fill requires more than just one guy. As you can tell from the photo, this guy looks dejected and incredibly discouraged. Next time, fella, bring along either 25 guys or a bulldozer and dump truck.

KID JUMPS & DOG JUMPS (Sherman)

What could possibly go wrong here? The good news is, the jumps look practically new! Enough with the ipads, kindles, and video games, shoo the kids outside and tell them to set up the jumps in a haphazard manner up so they can injure themselves and their pets in many different unique ways. A trip to the ER, if you don't have health insurance, runs about $2,500.

5 GALLON BUCKET OF MOTOR OIL (Winsted)

I admit, I'm a big zero when it comes to car repair, but what in holy hell does one do with used motor oil? Don't forget to bring your own bucket for transport.

    DODGE BOOKMOBILE (Southbury)

Talk about your fix-er-upper, heh? This is a 1968 Gerstenslager Bookmobile in the worst possible condition. Depending on where you live, you could piss off your neighbors by using it as a lawn ornament, or as a spare room for your 40-year-old who never moved out. This bucket of rust weighs in at 15,000 lbs, and believe it or not, doesn't run. Tow it out if you can get the front wheels out of the mud.

    BABY SHOWER CENTERPIECES (Waterbury)

Why buy new decorations when you can walk away with these highly attractive baby shower leftover baby shower centerpieces? The reason they were left over is because they are, BUTT UGLY. You know what they say, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." That doesn't pertain to these rare gems.

    COUCH/SOFA BED (Round Lake)

Last, but not least, is a used couch/sofa bed that looks like it hung out in a college dorm since 1981. Before loading it up for transport, make sure to examine the stains closely and then imagine what hideous things took place on this couch after hours during those 31 years in the men's dorm lounge. DNA testing is extra.
