Former Coach Phil Esposito Says the Danbury Titans Will Be Just Fine Without Him

I expected nothing less. Phil Esposito is a class act. He was as positive in his exit as he was when he came to coach in Danbury. 

Here is what he had to say about his leaving the head coaching position for the Danbury Titans:

I will miss his in-studio on air segments on the Ethan and Lou show. I will miss watching Pam smelling and touching him in a very awkward way. I'll miss agreeing to meet him after games to party, and then backing out at the last minute. What I will most miss, though, is his annual brawl with a coach, player, security guard, chair in the locker room etc. I like coaches that act like they are still players, and Phil had that quality. He brought a lot to Danbury Hockey, and for that, we say thanks, Phil.
