It sounds super extreme, but yesterday, the Ford Company announced that only the Mustang and a new vehicle that they are introducing, the Ford Focus active crossover hatchback, will be the only two cars they’ll keep on the market in Connecticut, New York, and all of North America.

What vehicles will end up being eliminated according to CNN-Money? The Fiesta, Taurus, Fusion and Focus (non crossover version) will no longer be available here in fact all over the United States and Canada.

What the company will spend their energy on and be marketing for the most part is it’s heavy duty vehicles like trucks sport utility vehicles and cross overs.

CNN quotes a company representative as saying that by 2020 "almost 90 percent of the Ford portfolio in North America will be trucks, utilities and commercial vehicles". They may be experimenting with some new concepts as far as larger higher profile large vehicles.
