Fire Rages in Canada: Fort McMurray Evacuated [VIDEO]
My dear friend has possibly lost her home to this nightmare that is still unfolding in Canada. We can help our neighbors to the north.
This is so sad and horrific.
My friend Tricia messaged me today that they had no food last night because the camp they evacuated to was closed as of 6pm. She said the shelter opened just to take them in - "we have a bed, water and air conditioning."
CNN recently reported on the devastation and the fact that the whole town has been forced to leave.The pictures and Tweets within the CNN story are compelling at best. The home pictured in this story was sent to me by Tricia. It is her house and she and her husband don't know whether it is still standing. 80,000 people have had to leave and many already know their homes are lost.
