Ethan’s Bucket List…Item #4

This next item is the most doable of all BUT will it ever happen? It's time to downsize. Bucket list item #4 is to sell the house and move into a stylish 2 bedroom condo that would include just Mindy and I. No lawns to mow, a garage that would actually fit a car, no maintenance, no trimming of shrubbery or mulching of flower beds........or better yet, a VW Microbus!!!!
