Before i95, some of you might know, I was part of an acoustic trio named "Sunup" from 1973 until I moved to Connecticut in February of '79 to work here at i95.

We played clubs and coffeehouses in the Rochester, NY area, along with colleges and small halls. Because of a loyal following we opened shows for Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, Jimmy Cliff, and the James Gang.

My "Sunup" partner, Garry Manual wrote about 60 percent of our set list while the other 40 percent were re-arranged covers of CSNY, Cat Stevens, the Eagles ... you get the idea.

Those "music days" will always shine in my heart due to the passion of making music and meeting a "Sunup" super fan, Mindy, who became my wife on May 30, 1976.

The following slideshow/video is one of our original tunes titled, "She Can Be Warm Again" performed live at a club called "The Winepress" on Goodman Avenue, in Rochester, NY. The backup female vocalist on this track is "Dee Carstensen." Our only studio album titled, "Saratoga Sunrise" recorded in 1994 is available on itunes AND "Sunup" is now an official channel on "Pandora." We hope you enjoy it!
