Ethan and Lou Listeners Sound Off on Colin Kaepernick

It's a very simple thing to me. No matter how passionate you are on a subject, no matter how heartfelt you are in affecting change, you had better not use the American flag or National Anthem as a tool to make your point. 

Our flag and our anthem have deep meaning - or at least they should - to everyone in this country. They are not pawns in your chess game to get your point across. Anyone who disrespects either one, to me, is a fool and their opinion means nothing to me. This QB decided that he had something to say, and he would do something radical to make his point. He made a big mistake.

We are watching the beginning of the end of his career, and he deserves that and more. It was his right to do this, thanks to the brave men and women who defend us - the same ones he slapped in the face. That is a fact. But just because it is your right, does not mean that it is right to do it.

He is not brave, as some people will tell you. What he IS, is someone who is not mentally equipped to understand the depth of the sacrifices that our symbols represent. He is a moron. Here is what the Ethan and Lou listeners had to say:
