A 50 to 80 pound pot bellied pig was allowed on a US Airways flight out of Bradley International Airport because it was a woman's "emotional support" pig.

After she tied the pig to her armrest, all hell broke loose! The pig began squealing and pooping and began moving around in the aisle which is when its owner started calling it names!

The Department of Transportation DOES let individuals bring "emotional support" animals on flights including pigs and monkeys and even miniature horses. I agree that certain kinds of pets can make you feel better when you're down, but for God sakes DOT, who was in that meeting when the decision was made to allow monkeys, pigs, and miniature horses on an airplane?!!! How about an "emotional support" turtle or a gerbil. maybe a bunny rabbit!!
