After not delivering what was promised, a local wedding photographer has become the subject of an investigative report on CBS news.

Couples in the Hopewell Junction and Fishkill area of Dutchess County are livid after getting the runaround from a local wedding photographer. Newlyweds say Te Cache Photography which is run by Fishkill resident, Fatima Avila, has failed to deliver their wedding photographs months after they were promised.

CBS News in New York spoke to several customers who claim Avila charged them thousands of dollars to photograph their weddings but never delivered the pictures as promised in their contracts. One customer paid $7,500 for his 2016 wedding and only received a USB flash drive with pictures on it, but nothing else. Another customer paid over $5,000 to Te Cache Photography last year and has only received a video. None of the promised photographs from the wedding have been delivered.

Avila sent out an email to her customers last year saying that she was dealing with some personal issues and would eventually get everything out. But since then, many customers say they still haven't received their memories.

CBS 2 spoke with Avila who said off camera that she is working on getting everyone's photographs out to them. She expects to have everything delivered by next month. Customers say that if they still don't see their pictures by then they will file a class-action lawsuit against the wedding photographer.
