There's always those laws you've heard of and think to yourself, "man, these are really stupid".

Here in Connecticut, we have some of those laws, a couple of which I've never heard of.

According to Dumb Laws, the Constitution State is home to some pretty ridiculous laws that I have to admit, I've broken before!

  • It is illegal to dispose of used razor blades - Yeah, I regularly do this
  • You cannot buy beer on Sundays in CT - Thank GOD that one was repealed!
  • You cannot buy liquor in grocery stores - It would be SO much more convenient
  • Town records may not be kept where liquor is sold - Politics and government = need booze
  • Only White Christmas Lights are allowed in Guilford - Political correctness BS
  • Fire trucks can't drive faster than 25mph in New Britain, period - even when going to a fire!
  • Silly string is banned in the town of Southington - Halloween bummer
  • It's unlawful to walk backwards after sunset in Devon - why would you?

Sometimes I feel like some of these people have way too much time on their hands. Big government isn't always a good thing folks!
