It’s Lake Time People – Down The Hatch Season Opening Party is This Week

I am so ready to be on Candlewood Lake this summer.  It is my favorite thing about summer and the reason I will NEVER leave this area.  For an area that does not have much going on, we make up with it with our lake.

I cannot wait!

Down the Hatch Waterfront Restaurant on Candlewood Lake is getting set to open it’s doors for the 2015 Summer Season this Friday afternoon beginning at 3pm for their annual Season Opening Party.

That's me and my sister Katy on the lake two summers ago. i95 gets the Party Barge from Echo Bay Marina and we always have a good time.

Dexter is our sea captain I am the first mate and then we bring: staff, family and friends.  We bring it to the people and this year we will be spending extra time at Down the Hatch and on the Barge.

You can see us typically at Chicken Rock where we float around and I swim free i95 swag to your boat.

The best part of being on the lake at night is looking up and seeing the i95 broadcast tower and telling chicks that it's mine and that is where my voice comes from to get to their radio.It's all too fun.
