DID.DLE: 1. TO MOVE WITH SHORT RAPID MOTIONS

Now, with those two definitions, you have a better understanding of the word.

Lou Milano uttered that word during the course of the morning show yesterday, and it made me giggle like an 8 year old boy that just heard a puppy fart. Diddle. Say it out loud a couple of times. Maybe it's because it kinda rhymes with giggle and piddle. You double up the consonants in the middle (!!!) of any word, and it makes it better (!!!). I will never recite "Hey Diddle Diddle, the cat and the fiddle" without thinking of Louis ever again.
