Derek Jeter – can’t believe it’s almost over

I can't believe I was a Junior in high school when "Jeets" came up. We've been through SO much together!  5 Championships, one of which was over the Mets which is nice, the dive, the flip, A-rod nonsense.

In that time I graduated high school, went to college, started working in radio, got married, got the morning show, had 2 kids, got divorced and broke up with 2 girlfriends.  WOW Jeets!  We did so much together but no whether things were good or bad in my life Derek Jeter and the N.Y. Yankees have been a great distraction.  Thank you Captain.  Tomorrow is his last day in the Bronx and I'll be watching for sure.
