The popular Pawling nightclub owned by Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates could be bringing live music outdoors by the Summer of 2019.

In 2016, Daryl's House restaurant and live music venue announced plans to build an outdoor stage and bring in larger acts than the 300-seat venue could accommodate. Those plans stalled when they were unable to obtain the proper permits in time for the Summer '16 season.  According to an article in the Poughkeepsie Journal, those plans are back on the table, and this time, the town and the club appear to be moving in the same direction.

The attorney for Daryl's House told the paper that the club and town officials area "working closely and cooperatively" on issues like capacity and parking. Plans call for an outdoor space with a capacity of 1500 people and two satellite parking lots in town. Daryl's currently parks overflow cars at the Hannaford's supermarket up the street and runs a shuttle bus back and forth to the club.

As for Hall, he'll be busy touring the country this Summer with his long time partner, John Oates. The duo announced a co-headlining tour with Train, and gave fans a sneak preview of the tour with a live webcast from Daryl's House last month.
