According to the News Times, a local man from Redding was arrested Wednesday and charged with both public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. The arrest came after police responded to a call about a man pleasuring himself in his car in a parking lot on Danbury Rd. in Wilton.

When police arrived on the scene, they say they saw the man "partially disrobed" in his vehicle and took him into custody. The accused man posted bond, was released, and is due in court on August 13th.

We have a case of an alleged "diddle session" here. I feel like pants-less crimes are on the rise in not only Connecticut, but all around the country. We have a popular feature on the Ethan and Lou Show called "Missed Headlines." This is where we talk about regrettable criminal activity that is often not well thought out and embarrassing. Because we are working on delivering these type news stories on a daily basis, I consider myself something of an expert on the matter. In the last few years we have read about what I consider to be, HUGE numbers of alleged crimes where the suspect or suspects were not wearing pants. It's also worth noting that somewhere around half of these pants-free crimes involve sex acts.

This tells me that people are sick of pants and really want to "get it going" with either themselves or a friend in public a lot more often than we think. The problem with this growing trend is that, for now, these acts are illegal. So, we can either seek reform on the issue or just wear pants in public and shelve our sex acts for a private place.

Some might say this is what happens when the only strip club in town closes down, people don't know where to bring their erections anymore. We have to literally keep our pants on.
