Danbury Library Waiving "Fees" from 8-10 / 8-15

I love to read! But what happens if you spaced out and find your library book is wicked late? Here's some info in case you forgot to bring it back!

We've all read the stories of that library book found and returned a hundred years later. You probably don't fall into that category, but if you do have an over due book or other items - Danbury Library wants to help.

So here's the scoop

The Danbury Library is offering amnesty to customers with overdue fines from August 10-15. You can return the items along with a school supply for each overdue item, and the fines will be waived. All of the donated supplies will go to the United Way of Western Connecticut’s “Back to School Program.”
