I'm just going to come right out and say it! I listen to NPR(National Public Radio) which is where I found out about "Mammal March Madness"Sure I enjoy filling out my brackets for "NCAA March Madness," but as you may know, we're huuuuuge animal fans on The Ethan and Lou Show.

Mammal March Madness is the invention of evolutionary biologists from Harvard who are just trying to loosen up a bit! Last year, thousands filled out brackets and formed betting pools. This year's lineup was announced this past Tuesday and includes some heavy hitters like the prehistoric beast called a Hell Pig. The Harvard biologists advise you not to rule out the little critters, like the Javan Slow Loris. This little wide-eyed primate coats its teeth with a noxious secretion from glands in its arms. The first battle of Mammal March Madness(a wild card match between the pygmy jerboa and the bumblebee bat) kicks off on Monday, March 9th. Oh those wacky Harvard biologists!! You can follow NPR's coverage of the tournament at skunkbear.tumbler.com. The following animal video made me laugh out loud!
