Cooking Classes On Steroids!
I call the Two Steps Downtown Grille cooking classes more of a "Cooking Class Party." For the last several years, the owners of Two Steps, Tom Devine and Keith O'Mara have offered cooking classes that add more of a punch.
I've attended several over the years and can truthfully say, they are a blast! Reserve a table and go with a group of friends! The price includes small plates of all the courses Tom or Keith cook up right before your eyes. The wine selections are chosen based on what's on the food agenda for the evening. The chefs play by play, with each course, is mixed with expertise and personality. Write down the receipes if you'd like or just eat and drink and be entertained with your friends.
