Confession time. I love SPAM. Big alert, time to check your SPAM can for a recall.

Sometimes certain foods are comfort foods. Sometimes a certain food item is part of the fabric of your childhood. SPAM is both of those for me. My Dad loved SPAM, and in my world it was a special weekend treat when he was in the kitchen making scrambled eggs and frying up the SPAM to go along with it. To this day, I still have at least one can of it on hand. I will certainly be going home to check for this.
