Chip’s in Southbury is Finally Opening

We've been waiting for Chip's Restaurant to open in Southbury, and the time has come.I wrote an article way back in January about this new local family-style restaurant, famous for their pancakes, which you can read by clicking HERE.

I drove by on my way in this morning, and saw that there were a lot of people walking in to the place. I pulled into the plaza along Main Street South in Southbury and asked one of the girls wearing a Chip's t-shirt, "Hey, when are you opening up?"

She replied "TOMORROW"  .... as in Thursday June 4, 2015!

I can't wait to try their famous breakfast food! There menu looks amazing, you can see it here. Reese's on my pancakes ... sign me up.
