Today has been unofficially set aside to celebrate Pistachios and all of their lovely health benefits! According to Laura Jeffers, a registered dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic Pistachios are great for your:


Heart Health

Promote Blood Flow ( because they're rich in B6 )

Good for your eyesight (because they have 2 antioxidants not found in other nuts)

BUT Laura says...we should limit out Pistachio intake to a about a handful a day.

Pam says...who is she freakin' kidding!!! Once you get started on those nuts you just CAN'T stop!!! Am I right - or am I RIGHT!!!
