Brookfield Summer Concert Series Announced

Lots of area towns have lined up free concerts for the Summer, and Brookfield has announced their Summer concert series. From Classic Rock to Bluegrass to Funk to Irish Rock, this year's series offers something for everyone.

Concerts will take place on Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8 PM at the bandstand at Town Hall on Pocono Road. Here's the lineup:

June 15: Baked Potato Fest with Sweet Little Bloodhound (Soulful Rock)

June 22: Older Than Dirt (Classic Rock)

June 29: Generation Blues (Blues)

July 6: Scratch (Dance)

July 13: Jamnesia (Classic Rock)

July 20: Bock & Blu (Funk)

July 27: Top Dead Center (70's & 80's)

August 3: Gold Rush (Bluegrass)

August 10: Plywood Cowboy (Americana)

August 17: Mighty Ploughboys (Irish Rock)

August 24: Dan's Garage (Classic Rock)

Concerts are free and you are invited to bring a blanket, chair and picnic dinner.
