Brian Williams, the former NBC Nightly News anchor, will be returning to television after a six month suspension for inaccurately reporting his role in a tour in Iraq. According to the Danbury Daily Voice, Williams will return to Comcast's other network, MSNBC, on Sept. 22 as part of a report for the Pope's return to the United States. He was replaced by Lester Holt after losing his post as host for NBC's evening news program and managing editor of the show too.

Reuters reports that Williams will also be the "breaking news" anchor on the cable network. He will not have a dedicated show as of yet, but will be used throughout the channel on various shows.

I always enjoyed watching him on NBC and always looked up to him as a fellow broadcaster, obviously my opinion changed six months back.
