Barista Describes Brand of Coffee as Tasting Like ‘Wet Dog’ [PHOTOS]
Have you ever thought about moving your coffee game up a couple of notches past Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts?At Yahoo.com, I checked with coffee expert, Lorenzo Perkins, a certified coffee instructor and barista who taste tested several 'off the shelf' grocery store coffees. Here's what Perkins said about Maxwell House, "This stuff tastes like wet dog with a fish oil aroma mixed with despair. This is what death would taste like." So I'm guessing he's not a big fan.

Redding Roasters Coffee Company is located at 81 Greenwood Ave in Bethel. Their coffee beans are imported from Brazil, Costa Rica, Ethopia, Guatemala, and Kenya and range in price from $14 to $18 per pound.

Shearwater Coffee Roasters - Trumbull
Shearwater is located at 100 Corporate Drive in Trumbull, CT and is strictly an organic coffee roaster. Shearwater roasted coffee can be found in restaurants and coffee shops throughout Connecticut including Mezon in Danbury. You can also find their coffee packed for retail sale at Whole Foods in Danbury and most Caraluzzi Markets.
