Back Pain is the Worst

I hurt my back while coughing ... yeah I know, hilarious. I got water down the wrong pipe and started a coughing fit and man, my back ain't been right since. Who hurts their back while coughing?

I'd rather chew broken glass then have this pain be like this.

I'd rather take a nap in the dumpster outside then have this pain.

I'd rather clip Ethan's toe nails then have this pain.

I'd rather go shopping with Pam on Black Friday then have this pain.

I'd rather make out with Rosie O'Donnell then have this pain.

There is nothing worse! Actually, that's not true. Having a painful cavity or burning yourself are the only two that are worse than this.
