It's a Thanksgiving tradition like no other.  It is better than the food, the friends, the family.  It's football time babay!

Today's games are OK.  You have:

The Eagles take on the Lions.  Actually that is a terrible game.  Both teams suck eggs.  That piece of garbage game starts at 12:30pm.

Then you have the Panthers and the Cowboys.  This one is not bad.  Not bad at all.  The fact is Tony Romo is back the Cowboys need every win they can get if they stand a chance to make the playoffs.  The team seems re-energized and played well last week.  Of course on the other side of the ball the Panthers are undefeated and Cam Newtown threw for 5 touchdowns last week.  This should be a good game.  It starts at 4:30pm.

The Thanksgiving finale features the Packers and Bears.  No matter how good or bad these teams are I always tune in.  This is a classic rivalry and needs to be seen.  The Packers have bounced back from their recent skid and the Bears are not great at 4-6 but anything can happen in these division games.  This should be fun.  Game time is set for 8:30pm.

There you go.  You have three games that make a perfect distraction from Uncle Sid getting drunk and throwing up on the newborn babies head during the "Thanks" Giving portion of the evening.  I really hope that does not happen to you but if it does just remember you have football to guide you through the entire day.
