Amazing Is the Word For These Fireworks

For the third year in a row we've traveled to Portland, Maine for their breathtaking fireworks display.

We have a dear friend who lives in Portland, and for the last three years she's invited us up to spend the 4th of July weekend to chow down on seafood and commemorate our nation's independence by witnessing The Fireworks Over Casco Bay. The weather was absolutely perfect, sunny in the low 80's with a slight breeze. Best of all, our friend, Mare, lives within walking distance.

Here's the reason we return year after year. Bravo Portland and Happy Birthday to the United States of America!
