Recently Lou and I read a "Missed Headlines" story about how 2,000 sheep on a Singapore Airlines flight were farting so badly that the flatulence set off the cargo plane's smoke alarm and the plane had to make an emergency landing in Bali.A report from The Aviation Herald said, "exhaust gases and manure from the 2,186 sheep" caused the smoke detector to go off. A Singapore Airlines spokesperson fired back in a statement given to The Daily Mail that the airlines information was incorrect. First of all they weren't sheep, they were goats!

The airline told the Singaporean newspaper, Today that there was no evidence that gassy sheep or goats were responsible for diverting the flight to Bali. Simon Hradecky from The Aviation Herald told the Huffington Post that it got it's information from an official report from Bali's Denpasar Airport. It's my understanding that sheep really know how to "let one rip," so I'll leave you with "The Farting Sheep Lullabye." You're welcome.
