A Letter to Winter by Lou Milano

AHHH winter it was fun for awhile.  The holidays, sleigh riding with the kids and even a few memorable nights sleeping next door at the hotel so I could make it to work in a storm.  I must say though that it is time to bid you adieu.....I SAY I BID YOU ADIEU SIR!

Goodbye dear friend.

You filthy, filthy trollop.  GO AWAY....GO TO YOUR HOME!  ARE YOU TOO GOOD FOR YOUR HOME?

Winter we need to move on with our lives.

You devastated Boston and for that I can only thank you but enough is enough.  Have you not gotten your pound of flesh?  Do we need to sacrifice someone or something to ensure your departure?  We will do whatever it takes including begging.  We cannot fit you and spring together at the same time.  There is just no room for you both.  We need to get spring in here so we can hurry up and move her out to make way for Summer.  Oh sweet Summer.  You should be more like her at least she knows how to treat people.

Winter leave us and never return it's time for suns out buns out, skies out thighs out.  LEAVE US BE YOU FILTHY PIG ANIMAL!
