$70,000 Worth of Bull ‘Stuff’ Stolen [VIDEO]

The scene of the crime...... Leroy, Minnesota inside an unlocked barn. This human miscreant allegedly crept into the barn while no one was looking and then proceeded to walk off with a frozen canister the size of a milk jug. What was in that canister you ask? The canister contained a bunch of vials of bull "stuff." You know the "stuff" that's necessary when mom and dad bull want to make another baby bull.
