His name is Glenn Unger and he's a high school junior at the Wooster School in Danbury and he's made "bullying" a target through a children's book he's been writing since he was 13.

The book is titled, "Keith's Courage" and it's a tale of a bashful dragon named Keith who can't seem to breathe fire. Keith makes friends with Doodle the mouse who's being bullied by a cat named Baxter. Keith finds it within himself to save his friend, Doodle, from the big bad cat. Later in the story, Doodle returns the favor.

According to the News-Times, Unger's been working on his book since he was 13 and was motivated to write about bullying because of what his friend had to put up such as small shoves, the cold shoulder, and a pretty aggressive environment.

All the proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit various anti-bullying organizations. After the book was finally completed, Unger began shopping for just the right person to illustrate "Keith's Courage.

He needed an illustrator who could design the book's unique imagery which was going to cost some money so he asked his parents to help finance his chosen illustrator, Nancy Harrison.

Glenn Unger is a rare breed. He takes Advanced Placement classes at Wooster, and is an outstanding writer, pianist, and scientist. I'm sensing a bunch of top notch colleges will be lined up wanting to launch this talented young man's career!
